We are built in 25000 Sq Feet area with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies from raw material to finish goods under one roof. We have adopted automation in many of the machining operations and processes to improve the consistency with greater through-put.

Machining Facilities

• Our Manufacturing facility comprises of machines like Conventional Lathe Machines, Throb Machines, CNC Machines etc.
• Our current machines capacity has finished products capacity of more than 250 Tones per annum.

Forging Facilities

• We have Forging press varying from 100 Metric Tones to 500 Metric Tones capacity.

Extrusion Facilities

• Our facility has capacity of producing bars in rounds, hollows, rectangles, squares, hex, and made-to-order shapes as per applications.
• The wide range of brass rods manufactured at our factory are popular and applied in different industries including Building and Construction, Electronics, Sanitary Fittings, Automobile and Engineering industries among others.

Sand Casting

• Our Sand casting facility has total capacity of rolling out more than 900 tones of casting per annum.

R & D Facility

• Our R & D facility uses contemporary technology for design like AutoCAD, Catia, etc. The Company’s expertise in diverse Engineering needs provides a one-stop shop assuring customers of the best quality products.

Testing Facilities

• MITUTOYO Instruments for Vernier and Micrometer.
• BAKER Ring Gauges and Plug Gauges (NPT / BSPT / BSP / METRIC Etc.) for Go and No Go Measurement of Threads.
• Snap Gauges, Height Gauge, Profile Projector and Spectrometer for Material Testing.
